The lost coin and hot cross buns
April 6, 2008 at 3:53 pm | In Uncategorized | Leave a CommentOn Easter Sunday we met, broke bread and considered the lost coin.
We started the morning with coffee, tea and Hot Cross Buns!!
Nic lead the morning with the a narrative based on the story of The Lost Coin. He also shared with us his renewed fascination with using narrative and the story telling tradition. We then spent some time considering and pondering on our own lost coins. We shared our reflections with the group and spent some time in prayer.
Our children then joined us for the breaking of bread which was an intimate and personal time.
There was a further time of prayer followed by discussion over tea and coffee.
